Scott Sinclair

Scott Sinclair improvises with varying combinations of modified guitar, found objects, feedback loops, digital noise and plunderphonics.

As an improvisor and composer, Scott has been performing for a number of years, most notably at 'This Is Not Art' (Newcastle 2002/2003), 'Melbourne Fringe Festival' (Melbourne 2002/2003), 'Make It Up Club' (Melbourne 2003), 'Small Black Box' (Brisbane 2001-2004), 'What Is Music?' (Brisbane 2004), and 'Acroma' (Auckland 2004). As a collaborator, Scott has played in a number of experimental music collectives (pH3, Flew Creeking, The Lichen Assembly) and with musicians from around Australia (incl. Clinton Green, Jim Denley, Joe Musgrove) acting as both player and producer.

His recorded work appears on several independently released albums and compilations, and has received radio airplay throughout Australia.
